These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of socialorganics.co and the purchase of products through the Social Organics online store (the “Services”). Social Organics is a brand owned and operated by Cosmic Line LLP (“Social Organics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Cosmic Line LLP is authorised to sell Every Green products in India.

By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

2. Products and information

We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours, ingredients, sizes, availability, and prices accurately. Displays and packaging may vary, and information may contain errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time. Product information is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. Follow product instructions and stop use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, address or payment issues, or legal restrictions. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order or otherwise confirm acceptance. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method. Promotions are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn as permitted by law.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk and responsibility for an order pass as provided by applicable law. You must provide accurate delivery and contact details.

6. Returns and refunds

Products are not returnable or exchangeable except for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item reported in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including their text, design, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Cosmic Line LLP and are protected by applicable law. Social Organics is owned by Cosmic Line LLP. Every Green names, marks, packaging, and other brand assets belong to their respective owners and are used in connection with Cosmic Line LLP’s authorised sale of Every Green products in India. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or exploit content without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing purpose; transmit malware; interfere with security or operation; collect information about others without authority; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may include tools, payment methods, applications, or links provided by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any warranties or conditions that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Line LLP and its partners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Services or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Cosmic Line LLP against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes and termination

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, or address a violation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction available under applicable law, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction.
